One built on GTK+ 2, the other not?

On Debian, it would be like installing mozilla-browser rather than
mozilla-browser-xft. Or, not enabling freetype in Moz - I think you can
go to about:config and find the font.FreeType stuff.

I seem to recall there are at least a couple of ways of defeating nice
fonts with Moz, I'm afraid.
