Question. Is this the DVD from the cover of Linux Format? Cause if it is, then 
you're probably better off downloading the iso's (Unless you haven't got a 
fast connection), because the images that mandrake gave LXF were missing a 
rather necessary package, namely the kernel source. Have to update it 
yourself to be able to compile things.
