Tried dpkg-reconfigure console-common and if I try full arch list, the program
exits. If I try main/querty list, it ends with various error messages e.g.
perl warning setting locale failed
perl warning please check your locale settings

	LANGUAGE unset
	LC_ALL unset
	LANG =ro

are supported and installed on your system

locale: cannot set the LC-CTYPE to default locale, no such directory or file
locale: cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale, no such directory or file
locale: cannot set LC_ALL to default locale, no such directory or file

	I installed debconf-doc but on reading it, I Can't make a lot of sense of
it, same with info debconf it.
