I use 34sp.com (www.34sp.com).  They cost £15 per year + about £5-20 per
year for your domain.  I've got 3 sites with them, have another couple of
sites pending (ie I will be using them when I get round to creating them)
and have 'built' another site for someone else that also uses them to host.

Only problem I see from your requirements is that they don't currently offer
virus checking of email.  I get round this by having spam checking/virus
checking on the workstations.  Of course this may not be ideal if the mail
is for clients.  However their hosting package is better and cheaper than
1&1.
