I'm using PostNuke on a website I maintain, however, I'm far from an 
expert. I've gained most of my (minimal) knowledge from an extremely 
helpful acquaintance who knows PostNuke well. However, you'll understand if 
I don't pass his contact details to you.

I gather from him that most help is obtained from the various PostNuke 
users' forums (fora?).

I don't know if that's any help.
