I have found a web site link for your modem, the file is rpm so you can
install it under RedHat with point and click.

Hope this is of some use.
Install with.
rpm -i packagename.rpm

Think if you down load this with windows software and see if RedHat as
mounted (see) your Linux Partition you will be able to install it on
your linux system; look in
/mnt/win_c
Is this system a dual boot system?
One of the members will be able to sort this out for you.
