Have you looked at your log files in /var/log on the server? There may be
something of benefit in them. If you've changed your IP address, have you
twiddled one or more of:

	1. Firewall
	2. /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny
	3. /etc/ssh/sshd_config, espeically ListenAddress 

to match (if required) on the server?
