Does anyone have any rough guidelines for how much it costs to have a
website for a business (around 10 pages of the usual who we are what we do
type stuff) designed, setup up and hosted?  I know I can do it myself but I
want to find out how much people elsewhere who can't do it are having to pay
to get it done.  A friend (not on the list) wants some web work done and
wants to make sure he's not getting ripped off or at least is paying a fair
price.
