Here's a possible solution: In the LTSP start-up scripts, have your LTSP
clients start an lpd process locally so that NT can send lpr jobs to the
client.

As to the details of how to do this, you'll have to have a search
through the web as it's not something I've had to do, but I don't think
it'd be very hard. You'll want to put a script in
/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/rc.d/ and there's a sample in there already to help
you.
