Hi

No, it's not about our Government.  It's about the present 
administration in the States.   If you've been over there or lived there 
you'll know how strangely bureaucratic some of their Governmental 
processes really are.  

This is a good read.  Useful for people who don't know much about the 
economics and politics of Open Source software...
