[Sheflug] New Dell laptop growl...
Just got my nice new shiney Inspiron 5150 laptop with built-in WiFi.
Works a treat on that OS that should never be named, but on Linux?
Forget it. There's no support for the Broadcom mini-PCMCIA WiFi adapter.
Does anyone know of an alternative mini card that will fit these?
Currently, I'm using my old (decrepit) Netgear card with the falling-off
antenna cover which is working fine, but it would be nice if I could get
a supported built-in card.
I know about the Linuxant (sp?) NDIS wrapper solution which will work
with this machine, but I'm allergic to paying out unnecessary money
(although that may be cheaper than the replacement card solution :-)
