Any recommendations? I had heard Plusnet are helpful
and there
technical support has to be better than BT.
Plusnet had their time of denying there was a problem with their service
despite 100+ customers all having identical connection issues at the same
time for a period of about 2 months. However that was at least 6 years ago
and they seem to have been OK since. I know several people with accounts
and have heard of no problems (I've got plusnet at home and work and its
been OK).

GNU the choice of a complete generation.
I have friend with a Plusnet home account and they have been very
helpful to him. Even replaced the f aulty USB modem they had sent him
after a bit of persuasion.
