BT have the technical support telephone numbers, email address's and so  
on, there only problem is that they are all manned by someone whose has  
something better to do with their life than answer the phone or emails...

What really grips me though, is at the moment I am having a perfectly  
connect and productive morning... I will go into the university in a while  
do some work, come home this evening and play setting up apt4rpms and not  
be able to download any bloody thing until what-ever-o'clock in the bloody  
morning.....
