Equally as bad! It is never their fault, the spotty kids on the help desk are just that (never quite rude and never helpful) and I will be moving my business broadband to another company as soon as the contract is up! Any recommendations? I had heard Plusnet are helpful and there technical support has to be better than BT.

Personally, I couldn't recommend Claranet ( http://www.uk.clara.net/ ) any higher. I'll be perfectly open and honest and say that my mate is Sales Director but I'm being equally as honest in saying that in my experience, their service and support are second to none imo.
