I wonder what the response is to anyone who actually uses the BT
hardware and software???
Equally as bad! It is never their fault, the spotty kids on the help
desk are just that (never quite rude and never helpful) and I will be
moving my business broadband to another company as soon as the contract
is up! Any recommendations? I had heard Plusnet are helpful and there
technical support has to be better than BT.
