It would seem that the BT help-desk (which cannot be contacted via the
phone... in other words it is just like the old British Rail enquiry line,
you dial into a phone locked in a cellar where no one ever goes,) is
focused on placing the fault on your machine what ever the evidence. "We
can't really help you sir because we don't support that option... but the
fault is not with us!).
I wonder what the response is to anyone who actually uses the BT hardware
and software???
