after the meeting?

There's 10 of us up for a party but the venue is still TBC. If no firm plans 
have yet been made, could I ask that it starts in some form directly after 
the meeting, so those of use who are coming from further afield don't have to 
hang around? Somewhere within walking distance of the meeting venue & the 
railway station would be nice too :-)
