I did ask (offline) a couple of times if any assistance was required with 
organising this but have not had any reply. It's a bit difficult for me to do 
anything about this now due to other commitments but I will be emailing all 
the pre-registrants for the afternoon event (probably early tomorrow) so will 
be pleased to include any details of this & also make an announcement on 
Saturday.

Note that we will be serving light refreshments from 1:30 on Saturday, so if 
you haven't pre-registered please do so in order that we can get the numbers 
somewhere near.
