Linux for the Real World"

Special Interest Group:Free Libre & Open Source Software (FLOSS)

Linux is turning up everywhere these days, and embedded systems 
represent a key application area with some unique opportunities.

Seb James of Sheffield based developers Hypercube Systems Ltd will be 
talking about his experiences in porting and using Linux in real 
world applications.

This will be a taster session. If there is sufficient demand in the 
region we will look at providing some more in-depth 'masterclass' 
training sessions on this topic at a later date.

Venue: Holiday Inn (Royal Victoria)
Time: 7:30pm (refreshments from 7:00pm)
