I get these sometimes too, and I think its possible due to the Images
being "flash" animations, and not setting their size correctly when
the page loads.. at a very rough guess however.
Its becoming more and more common for pay/click adverts to be like
that, and then they cover the actual text part of the site, I notice
it on a lot of tech/it news sites.
You could always use the noflash plug in for firefox that exists,who's
name i cannot remember. It can be very useful..
