dd doesn't really provide any of the features of Ghost; it just copies
(parts of) files.
http://www.partimage.org/Main_Page is very good for munging around with
disk images.
http://www.mondorescue.org/ is without parallel in the W32 world, IMO,
and would be the best bet in this situation for my money.
