The real numbers are much more than that.  Then there's the crass 
attitude of British corporate management you could think about.   In 
this case the British stock exchange opted for M$ software when 
places like Wall Street and Hollywood are completely running on 
GNU/Linux and the General Public Licence and the Gnome desktop....
