Well, I'm glad I'm not dealing in winduhs technical support for a 
large or small commercial organisation just now...

I would hate to think what it could be like being sat on the opposite 
side of the table from the Managing Director.  I was kind of 
wondering how the NHS and MoD and Civil Service and Police 
departments are going to deal with this.  They get a special licence 
given to them but still means that they still pay millions for 
software licences.
