Turboprint gave me a problem with my canon ip4000 printer about a month or two 
back. The problem curiously was solved by using an older version of 
Turboprint. You'd have thought it would be the other way round. Whist trying 
to sort the problem out, I noticed the turboprint site has a forum where you 
can read about other peoples problems and answers and if you register, you 
can post yourself. You won't be bombarded by emails in case you are wary of 
doing that.
