I've signed this one straight away. It is one of my pet hates, what you
describe above.
I'm on Virginmedia/ex-Telewest at the moment, but shall be moving soon to a
non-cabled area. Finding a decent new ISP is proving quite a challenge.
Expected line rates, the small print, usage curbs and the like. Its all very
frustrating, and quite unfair I think, especially given the prices some of
them are charging.
