I've used Samsung for a long time. Low cost and reliable. Well made.
Unlike the recent versions of HP which (In agreement with Keith
Packard) are beginning to creak a bit since he left the company.

Although, in recent times I have noticed that this kind of thing comes
up on Sheffield FreeCycle from time to time. I used to buy new but
there's so much usable scrap out there these days that I begin to
think that new is not needed when I can get almost new second hand
that works fine. Other than that, Ebay
(whoops ! Kmail looks drunk again :) Have to turn down Compiz a bit)
