Well the point is that it's better to keep freedom than to constantly 
oscillate between freedom and fascism. We may not be in a fascist society yet, 
but since the indicators ARE pointing that way then the sensible thing to do 
is to use the freedom we do have to push back, since in a few years there may 
be some new "anti-terrorism" laws to make such things that much more difficult 
to stop.
