That's a pity - I just downloaded this yesterday, but haven't had time
to put it on a memory stick yet - I'll have to see if I have any more
luck with it than you managed (although I also have a 4Gb 701, so I'm
not sure it'll be any different).

Maybe I'll have to have another go with version 1 (but it loaded too
slowly off a memory stick for me to use it every day and I haven't
quite got to the point of wiping the original Xandros OS).

I've been using that on my desktop for about a year now - great fun!

However, do you not find it takes up too much space at the bottom of
the Eee 701 screen?
