Been investigating this.  No conclusive proof so far.  But, I did send 
one e-mail into the list earlier today which didn't make it into the 
Mailman admin interface.

Now enlisted the help of tech support who work 24 hours a day.  I'm 
having a discussion with them.  Just now SPF records and grey listing 
on other servers look most likely but we'll keep going at it until we 
know better.  This is a difficult problem to solve when you have more 
than 200 people on a Mailman list.   There are some lists out there 
where no one even bothers to try and sort something out :)
