Further to the last one.  Should have said that I'm using Qutecom and 
Twinkle and sometimes Ekiga.  Get an SIP account from - 
www.sipgate.co.uk.  Sipgate seem to be offering a reasonable service.  
You can try their free service or top up with Plastic card or Paypal.   
If you want to try this and you haven't got a USB handset that you can 
plug into your computer then go and have a look in Maplins for one.  
Mine cost me £7.00 from their shop.  For example....

 Your ISP has blocked your VOIP port so that you have to pay them £50 
a month ?  Well, you should have known better than that ;)
