I've been using Sipgate for a few years and they've always been very
good, my only complaint is that they run over plaintext and last time
I asked didn't have any plans to roll out a secure version. This means
if you are using the connection from a public network, maybe calling
home from a hotel, then you run the risk of having your credentials
and call sniffed.
