[Sheflug] Server Down Time

Hi

There is some server down time from the 3rd to the 4th of November.  
Some upgrades will be put in place at the same time as the site is 
moved to a new server.  As in the box is being moved to somewhere 
else.

Hopefully this will make the site quicker then it is now.
