[Sheflug] GUADEC 2017

For those of you who don't already know.  GUADEC is in Manchester next 
year.  I remember attending a previous GUADEC in Manchester many years 
ago.  At time it was something like GNOME 0.22 or similar.  All of us 
used to say obscene things like "What the ******* **** is that !!".  
Very loudly.

Things have changed a lot since those days.  The Gnome desktop and 
derivatives like MATE and Cinnamon have all come a long way. There are 
many people using GNU/Linux desktops.  Remember a time when people 
just laughed out loud.
