I meant unlikely that he was working on the chip itself, I was suggesting
he has a more secondary role in this development.

This to me seems strange. Transmeta has no interests in CPu development;
all the stuff it's done so far suggest graphics-related work. They don't
really seem to have the expertise or the resources to do full-scale cpu
development.
