X11 fonts

I run X at 1024x768 on a 15 monitor.... that's approx 93 dpi

How do I tell X to use the 100dpi fonts instead of the 75 dpi fonts? I am
getting serious eyestrain :-)

I think I have the 100dpi fonts installed I would prefer to use them rather
than having to reduce resolution so I can read text.
