HELP....I've fryed my swap file!
ok, i know....... if i don't know what i'm doing i shouldn't mess with
it!
but you don't learn if you don't have a go.
i've been moving the partitions around on my drive to give me a bit more
space for linux. when reinstalling suse6.3 i thought 'epert mode' was
the way to go (so i could specify my own partitions). i had the option
to format all or some of the partitions (all except the swap file) . the
file system type has already been set to 'linux swap' by the
partitioning program.
now i get an error saying swap cannot be started.....
i'm asumiming i need to format it, but how? yast doesn't give this
option and niehter does the partitioning program
