Yes, I use Mathematica 4.0 for Linux at home.   See...

and I'll use Gaussian 98W when I can get my hands on a copy of it :-) 
I suppose it's fine to say that all applications will run on laptops 
and palmtops in future but most people haven't even seen a PC yet.
