Re: 2.2.13 - modules - failed dependancies
I would also try getting rid of your kernel settings file (backing it up
first, of course!!). There are some version options & things like that
which could make your kernel fail dependancy checks, although it's pretty
unlikely. You know, you don't *have* to replace the source tree itself -
you can download a new source tree to your area, play with compiling that.
It doesn't matter where the source is, and you don't have to be root to
compile. You just need root to play with it, although having said that, a
DOS floppy w/Loadlin is enough, so not even that's true really...
