[Sheflug] Can I bin this stuff?

In my /tmp directory there are loads of files and directories with names 
like the following,

kfm-cache-0/
kfm-cache-501/
kfm_0_1000linux1_0.0=
kfm_0_1004linux1_0.0=
kfm_0_1017linux1_0.0=
kfm_0_1331linux1_0.0=
kfm_0_1446linux1_0.0=

etc...

Are they temporary files and directories that the OS has created and not 
deleted, but which can now be safely deleted and is there something wrong 
with my configuration which is causing the OS not to delete them automatically?
