Yup.

 Who's the browse master on your network ?
The linux box is - the os level is 65 so it beats everything else. All PCs
appear in Network Neighbourhood but I can't connect to the linux server.

Nope. It asks me for a password which it then tells me is wrong.

Yup admin shares etc
