This is a bit confusing, but what do you want? An audio server
irrespective of format or a RA streaming thingy? There are a few. The
first that springs to mind is icecast. This broadcasts mp3s, but if you
have to go by real audio, try

Icecast is free, but I'm not sure about the RA stuff.
