Dear All

Gnome 1.2 has been released.  If you want to see the new Gnome web
site have a look at.....

I'm getting a lot of mail from the Gnome list about machines that have
locked up after people have compiled and installed Gnome 1.2.  You
might want to be a bit cautious until the Alpha testers have finished
their work ??
