It would actually be a good first-time project for someone: you can get a
library to abstract .ini files, in which case it's just a matter of a few
fprintfs' to output the correct syntax into a file, so long as you don't
mind blasting any settings which might already be there. Shouldn't take
more than half an hour really.

Hmmm. I would gladly write it, but I'm in exam week at the moment.
Nevertheless, if I'm not going anything on Sunday (I shall certainly be
drinking much on Saturday, last exam on friday ;) I might knock one out.
It'd be interesting to see if you could actaully attach it to Netscape
too. I don't think I'd like something attached to .cgi 'files' though,
would probably break many things.. unfortuante.
