I've been in contact with a couple of people who were going to write
ins->kppprc or ins->script (this has become a possible project only
relatively recently since usepeerdns came along) but AFAIK they both gave up. I
suspect the reason is that it's hard to find docs for the ins format. Although
in any particular case given the ins it's trivial to configure ppp, maybe in
general it's not so easy without any docs.
