Sorry I don't run a Mandrake system - hence I'm only familiar with Vixie
cron; but the line that I'd use to accomplish your desire would be: -

00 15 * * Fri /sbin/halt

And for me, this would go into /var/cron/tabs/root

Though you may have to use '5' instead of 'Fri' depending...

Any help?
