Ah, that one - you're right, but I think it's more the original setup being 
wrong than anything else.  In theory, those nameservers shouldn't recurse 
(to prevent cache corruption like this), but VUW tell their clients to use 
those nameservers for forwarders...  What they need is a couple of 
dedicated caching nameservers for internal clients, and telling the real 
nameservers not to recurse for *anyone*.  Of course, management there 
wouldn't understand the problem, let alone give Sean the resources to 
actually fix it.

Sean?  I see a need for a couple of Linux boxen on your network, 
reconfiguration of the DHCP daemon, and turning off recursion on Rata and 
Totara...
