You need to install a package from your SuSE CD's - it will be either in the
dev of xdev categories in Yast...in one of those categories you will find the
package that has the basic X include and development stuff...probably be
called x11dev, or similar. Should be straightforward to find. If you look at
the package listing in Yast, a good indicator that you've found the right
package will that one of the files in the package will be summat like
/usr/X11/include/X11/X.h
