I take you have XF86 4.0?
AFAIK, these are _not_ the missing charsets in a complete sense. What
they are is a translation to charsets that XF86 does have fonts for.
You may find characters in MSFT documents that do not translate
(probably you'll lose on [TM] for example), but the basic Latin-1 set
will come through.
