Debian on my laptop doesn't give me any time at the lilo prompt; RedHat
does, as does SuSE. Yes, it is a slam on Debian b'cos I don't like it, and
Debian *does* do something different, at least on the distros I tend to use.
Debian is the only mainstream distro I come into contact with which has this
behaviour.
