As far as I can work out it depends on the workload at SuSE GmbH in
Germany.  There are times when they'll try to answer a dog barking a
tech support question at them :))  Other times they are a bit busy and
will only answer registered users.

Depends what time of year it is.  If they've just done a new release
then it's a good time for registered users but bad for those people
who just picked up a CD.

Then again, if you registered six previous releases and you missed out
this time around they'll still try to help you.

I've done e-mail support for a job and I know that at some point your
fingers freeze and your arms fall off :)
